Remedies and protections

Subject to the Refund Policy, eligible defective and non-defective new merchandise may be returned and exchanges may be requested during the 30 calendar days after delivery. An approved refund is processed and initiated to its original payment method within 10 days. Protected content and lawful liability limits apply without excluding mandatory consumer rights.
