Processing before dispatch

Once a payment is successfully authorized, an order ordinarily requires about 1–2 business days for preparation. Applicable holidays and weekends do not count toward this handling period.

Time with the carrier

Carrier travel after shipment is estimated at 4–6 business days and is separate from preparation. The window is an estimate rather than a promise of arrival on a certain date. Checkout identifies eligible destinations, delivery prices and any available free-shipping qualification.

Delivery details

Provide an accurate, deliverable address and reachable contact information. A tracking record may remain unchanged until the first carrier scan. We can review a correction reported before dispatch, but cannot guarantee a change once processing or transport has started.

When a parcel needs investigation

Contact ojujinahaper74@gmail.com for an unusual delay, apparent loss, a delivered status without receipt or transit damage. Send the order number, checkout email and tracking number; include clear parcel and product images for a damage report.
